Product Nurse, part of Roofus Ventures, collects the information you give us: your name, email, company, payment details (handled by Stripe), messages, and the product materials you send for review.

We use it to deliver your Clinical Read, answer your questions, process payment and send related emails. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share product materials only with the nurse reviewing your product. We share other information only with service providers that help us run the site, take payments and send email, such as Stripe and our hosting and email providers.

Site visits

We count visits with our own simple counter. It saves a random ID in your browser (not a cookie) and records the page you view, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, and whether you’re on a phone, tablet or computer. We don’t store your name or email with it, we don’t use your IP address to identify you, and we don’t sell or share this data or use it for ads. You can remove the ID any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never stored by Product Nurse.

Please do not send protected health information or patient data. Product Nurse is not set up to receive it. If we receive it, we will delete it.

We keep product materials only as long as needed to complete your review and answer follow-up questions, then delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@roofusventures.com.
