Terms of Service

The service. Product Nurse connects you with a practicing registered nurse who stress-tests your health-tech or health AI product and provides the Clinical Read, a written review of what they find. The review is delivered by email. It does not include calls or meetings unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Price and payment. The Clinical Read costs $299 USD, paid in advance through Stripe. Taxes, if any, are added at checkout.

What you provide. You agree to provide accurate product information and access, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You agree not to send protected health information, real patient records or other personal health data. Use demo or synthetic data only.

Delivery. We aim to deliver within 5 business days of receiving complete product details. Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees.

Refunds. You may request a full refund before you submit product details. If we decide we cannot provide a useful review, we will refund you in full. After the review has started, fees are non-refundable.

Nature of the review. The Clinical Read is the professional opinion of the reviewing nurse. It is not medical, legal or regulatory advice, and it is not a clinical validation, usability study, safety certification or substitute for FDA or other regulatory review. We do not guarantee any product, regulatory, clinical or commercial result. All product decisions remain yours.

Use of the report. You may use and share the report within your organization and with investors, advisors and partners. You may not present it as an endorsement, certification or clinical validation by Product Nurse or its reviewers, or quote Product Nurse or any reviewer by name in public marketing without written permission.

Confidentiality. We share your materials only with the nurse assigned to your review, use them only to prepare it and keep them confidential, except where required by law. We may delete materials after delivery.

Independence. Reviews reflect the reviewing nurse's own judgment and are not made on behalf of, or endorsed by, any hospital or employer.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Product Nurse's total liability for any claim related to a review is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
